I know I am. The whole Minamoto Samurai is a Beautiful Masterpiece of a Samurai.

If you're like me and want the best quality possible but don't can't afford some of the more expensive blades then this is perfect, it's a beautiful sword, well put together and feels very robust and I don't think you'll find a better katana for this price.

Tolles Schwert gut verarbeitet und schön anzusehen. Auch die Lieferzeit war o.k.

Commande reçu en une semaine, produit conforme a la commande, juste un petit souci au niveau de la saya un peu trop serrée a l'entrée et j aurai bien vu un renforcement au départ de celle-ci. Conclusion je recommande et merci pour le cadeau supplémentaire de la sacoche offerte a la commande cette semaine là.

Für ein Paket welches aus Spanien nach Deutschland ( Hessen ) verschickt wird nenne ich das mal Vorbildlich.
Leider wurde nicht das richtige Katana-Kake mitgeliefert ( scheint wenn man sich die Bewertungen durchliest häufiger zu passieren ).
Nach einer kurzen Email wurde mir aber freundlich geantwortet und die richtige Ware zugeschickt.
Dies hat dann etwas länger gedauert, dadurch das es aber Kostenlos beim Schwert dabei war kann man dies noch verzeihen.
Das Schwert war super verpackt. Die Schärfe der Klinge ist okay könnte aber definitiv noch schärfer sein.
Insgesamt eine tolle Verarbeitung nichts wackelt und ich als Laie sehe keine Fehler.
Wenn ich mir in Zukunft nochmal ein Katana kaufen werde weiß ich schon wo :).

Sehr schönes Schwert, welches durchaus scharf ist.
Lediglich die Befestigung zwischen Griff und Klinge ist etwas locker und klappert manchmal etwas.

This was my first Iaito. I have only just started in Iaido and did not want to rush out and spend a fortune on equipment straight away. The Iaito is pleasant to look at, although quite heavy, but for the price I can not argue too much.

The tsuba had some slight damage and the design has left a very sharp piece of metal exactly where my finger rests during techniques resulting in an annoying cut every time I go through the forms...

There also seems to be an excessive amount of grease/wax in the saya which means that despite repeated cleaning of the blade to allow a smooth surface for noto, this substance makes the blade very sticky during practice. I'm sure this will wear out one day, and as it is my first Iaito I do not know if it is normal.

Overall I am very happy with the purchase. Yes you can tell it is not an expensive sword bur also the quality for less than £100 is amazing! The tsuka amd saya are very attractive and the blade, when clean, is acceptable.

I would definitely purchase again from Katana Mart....

It's a beautiful sword and when you hold it it feels powerful in a way. I am a bit let down by the Hamon as it seems pretty pointless as it either doesn't react with the non traditional forging properly, or it isn't polished properly as it is mirrored like the rest of the blade. I have not yet taken the sword apart to see the core yet, so if I can then I will update the review.

Colors and decorative features are on very high level, tachi is really beautiful, but it's a sword especially for a decorative purposes. Edge is pretty dull and you'll not find the `man romance` experience with this sword, so don't try to cut the tank. Overall, in decorative measures and especially for the price you pay for this piece, I recommend this one to put it anywhere in house/flat, it's especially beautiful and whether man or woman will enjoy it's presence in the household. Otherwise, for a sword applying purposes it's not the one, you would use to test your man's dreams.
Excellent decoration, poor use, Price/quality overall 8,5/10. And it's not a dissuasive price to pay in order to own something like this...

Die Tasche ist sehr gut ausgepolstert. So wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Da passen locker 2 - 3 Katana rein. Es gibt noch eine kleine Innentasche für ein Pflegeset. Soweit ich das für mich beurteilen kann, ist das Matierial für den Preis von ausreichend guter Qualität.

Sehr gute Verarbeitung, liegt super in der Hand! Einzig die Saya zeigt leichte Beschädigungen auf, unsauber lackiert.

Ordered the Asakura basic katana on a whim in the middle of the night and it arrived shortly after. 10/10 would impulse buy again.

liegt super in der hand, ist gut ausbalanciert und macht auch optisch echt was her. Für diesen Preis volle 5 Sterne. Scharf ist es, könnte allerdings auch schärfer sein.
