Wer auf das Oniyuri Custom Bujinkan Katana von chenessinc steht sollte sich dieses Modell unbedingt zulegen! Von der Optik nicht nur vergleichbar, sondern eher noch schöner gearbeitet ist dieses günstige Shinobigatana. Die Tsukawicklung ist sehr schön und praktisch beim Handling. Die Tsuba ist nicht wie beim Oniyuri blank, sondern schwarz, was ich persönlich besser finde. Zusammengefasst ist dieses Ninja Shinobigatana ein gelungenes Werk von YariNoHanzo!

I was more than impressed at the quality of this item for the price. Obviously at this price range you are not going to get a genuine Nihonto (or anything approximating one!) what you do get however is a decent looking solidly constructed fully functioning Tanto that performs well during cutting duties.

Alle Teile sind absolut passgenau aufeinander abgestimmt, was darauf schliessen lässt, das auch nach öfteren
Tameshigiri sich nichts lösen wird. Zum Service kann ich nur " Top" sagen. Problemlose Bestellung und schnelle

A nicely made and very spacious sword bag. It comfortably fits my Iaito and my Bokken and each has their own compartment so the two swords don't make contact. This bag has lots of room inside and I think I could easily fit one more sword inside the other half and could probably also fit my Jo inside. A great bag for an excellent price.

Sword as described,well made and finished, if anything exceeding expectations , well balanced to handle .Came in silk bag inside a padded vinyl case and double boxed up ,also fairly quick delivery considering Easter bank holidays .

Für den Preis kann man wirkich nicht meckern, allerdings gibt es ein riesiges Manko.
Man kann die Klinge nicht aus der Tsuka lösen um die Schwertangel zu prüfen, die Tsuba zu wechseln oder die Tsuka-Ito zu tauschen. Zwischen Schwertangel und Tsuka befindet sich etwas ??? (Stoff oder ähnliches) was vermutlich das Spiel innerhalb der Tsuka zur Schwertangel auslgeichen soll.
Dieses "Material" verhindert aber, dass ich die Klinge weiter als 2 cm aus der Tsuka ziehen konnte.

I don't usually write these, but the quality of service that I received at katanamart was absolutely superb and I would like to pay back somehow. Since I was ordering from Poland, I had a couple of questions and technical issues, which were all immediately, kindly and competently answered and resolved. Also, the quality of the product is no less than great. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending the katanamart. Thank you once again!

Le sabre est bien équilibré et la tenue en mains est excellente. J'ai longtemps cherché un tsukamaki qui me conviendrait le mieux. Avec le Jabara Ito, la poignée ne glisse pas. Je suis vraiment content de cet achat.

I bought the sword for my Haedong Kumdo training. I needed a solid and heavier iaito mostly for practicing forms, drawing and restealthing the sword.
The blade is the best part of the sword. It has a good balance and seems to be very good quality in this price range. Tsuka(handle) is pretty thick and straight. Good for people with larger hands, but I personally prefer a better profile in the tsuka. Tsuba is solid and very nice, but the inner edges are quite sharp so it tends to chafe my hands during longer katas.
Only major issue I had is the saya(scabbard). It works and stays in place but it is quite warped. Maybe I just got a bad one. The construction of the sword is still very good and solid. The blade is top notch but with a better tsuka and smoother tsuba it would've been perfect. I still recommend this sword for everyone!

Das Schwert liegt mächtig in der Hand und lässt sich gut führen. Die Habaki sitzt straff in der Saya, wobei die Kissaki unten in der Saya klappert. Dies sollte verbessert werden. Mir persönlich gefällt die optisch stumpfe Klinge gar nicht. Als zusätzliche Kaufoption, würde ich mir für alle YariNoHanzo Katanas, hochglanz polierte Klingen wünschen. Diese würden das Katana zusätzlich optisch aufwerten. Für Iaido-Training aber gut geeignet.

Tolle Verarbeitung. Das Leder Tzuka Ito war am Anfang etwas glitschig durch die Imprägnierung des Leders aber inzwischen klebt es regelecht an der Hand. Die Wicklung sitzt sehr fest und bewegt sich kein Stück.
Das Schwert ist gut ausballanciert obwohl es für mich einen Tick zu lang ist.
Das Rot der Saya ist real etwas dunkler als auf den Bildern und sieht sehr edel aus .
Was allerdings auch bei diesem Schwert wieder nervt, ist das weiße, zähe Fett, mit dem wohl die Klinge gefettet wurde.
Es dauert ewig bis es nach und nach durch Reinigen der Klinge aus der Saya raus ist .

Stunning! This blade has clearly been made properly sing folded steel, and a non-uniform hamon which suggests this was not done by machine?! Historically relevant menuki was a nice touch, and it was a big surprise to find that the inner side of the fuchi has an engraved signature! Would never have thought I could find a sword like this for less than £500 (even that's a push). Handles beautifully and looks gorgeous.

When buying a katana for the first time was told of a fee places that I could buy from but katanamart kept comming up.
I wanted a good blunt katana for my practice and was pleased with the aperance of it and the weight and the balance is really good.
Some of my friends who also had bought thier more pricey katana elsewhere was impressed with it and how it handled.
Will strongly be passuading everyone to buy from here.
