I'm not sure whether this is helping me or not, but it taste like real Aswaganda, but hidden under some sort of sweetness, which doesn't seem to be listed on the label. The jury is still out.

Difficult for me to tell if/when these are working. I take 2 for 10mg. I take them 30 mins before bed, but I always find myself super tired midday the following day.

I like that it keeps my thinning hair look thicker, but unfortunately it makes my hair frizzy. But I would rather have frizzy hair than no hair in the front, due to medications, for the last 30 years.
