If you have a toddler who struggles at bed time then these are your new best friend!!! We give our 3yo 2 of these half hour before bed and he falls fast asleep. Honestly it's like a miracle! No more up and down for hours until he's so exhausted!

I started using these probiotics over two years ago. Up until then I was having constant stomach aches. Everything I ate was leaving me with stomach cramps! A podcast mentioned that trying probiotics helped them so I tried it. I haven't had a stomach ache since! Plus these gummies are soooo delicious. They do get stale before I finish them so I keep them in a Ziploc instead of the container.

So this was recommended for my autistic/adhd son because he has a hard time sleeping. They are awesome flavor gummies and he doesn't fight me he thinks its candy. After one night he went to sleep within 30 mins and woke up the next day with out fighting us. His school has seen a change and his doctors.
