The taste took me some time to get use to. Okay, it had a weird taste. Once you get over the taste, it seems like it works. I'm able to fall asleep but it took an hour or 2 to start feeling rested and relax.

One of my kids sleep got disrupted by schedule change and had hard time falling asleep. So Olly to the rescue! Just one gummy 30 mins before bed time does the trick when needed. They also smell and taste yummy without a weird flavor.
