De primeras nos encantó, pero al tercer paseo el palo del “volante” se ha estropeado ya que no se mantiene el palo estirado y es imposible manejar el triciclo con eso abajo. No recomendaría la compra.

Good Morning.

I cant give you a review as there is an issue with the trike you sent me. There is a fault with the steering it wont steer at all. I am trying to resolve this issue and have been emailing but I have had no response to the matter yet. If you could look into it for me. I have received emails in relation to it stating your quality and incident department are lookingbi to it. I have sent photos of the fault. I dont no who I have been taking to as they dont leave a name at the end of the email. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me. Whether it's a case I should receive a refund or it can be fixed great. The twins really loved it and miss it.

El triciclo Prime es fantástico! A mi hijo le encanta. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con una rueda y enseguida lo solucionaron enviando una nueva. Se agradece mucho su atención al cliente, tanto en la venta como postventa. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Cómodo y manejable. Cuesta un poco acostumbrarse a llevarlo. Ya q se pasa de llevar un carro con ambas manos a llevar el triciclo con una. El peque va muy contento.

El envío bien. Lo del chat no tiene sentido que aparezca continuamente, dificulta la navegación y además no contestáis al momento.
