It had defects and design flaws:
-Could not drive at a stable speed expect the max speed for each gear: 13-17-20km/h (so not 23km/h like advertized by the way). Otherwise it would just give a burst of speed then slow down to standstill.
-Back of the chair would collapse forward during driving. You had to get off, fold it all the way to the front and only then could you put it all the way back again.
-Metal bars underneath made very loud rattling sounds.
-Handles were so narrow that I chafed my hands because of the turning gas, though I am a small woman.
If you're buying any foldable mobility scooter I recommend a wobble cushion to decrease the vibration by the way (it's still intense though).
When returned, they denied it had any defects (not being able to drive at a constant speed surely isn't just a design flaw but a defect though!). But they would give my money back. But it has been 5 weeks since it was delivered to them. I messaged them on 12 different days; often they don't reply, if they do it's in Spanish and often not answering all questions. I got an email 2 weeks ago saying they were processing the refund, I still haven't received the money.
Also, returning it took very long, because I had to send them messages on 6 separate days alarming them that it had not been picked up on the day it should have been and that they needed to do something.
Also, they accused me of fraud: thought I had bought the mobility scooter with the intention of sending it back so I could collect disability money from the government.
