The only deduction I make in the delivery. I chose the more expensive express delivery, but the goods were not there after the specified 3 days, I could have taken the cheaper option.
I thought I will have my products max in 3 days after I proceeded with my order and choose dhl express delivery.
It was a birthday gifts and for that reason express delivery it was my only opinion.
I was chatting with online costumer service, on 7.6 and they advised me to cancel my order because I may not have it in 3 days. Not good news for me to here. Despite the bad news I told to the agent that I will wait for my products with hope that I will receive them by Monday. He told me that for sure you will receive them by Monday! Well It didn’t happened. I received my order on Wednesday and a week after that promising Monday . I was really upset.
After all this mess the company didn’t charge me for the delivery.
Of course I would be happier if I had my products on time.
