Única pega el tallaje: En mi caso siempre tengo que elegir entre M o L, pues mi talla ideal anda por la frontera, así como en camisetas suelen ser bastante ajustadas y en ocasiones hay que comprar una talla de más si no te gustan muy pegadas, en este caso seguí las indicaciones del fabricante y al final resultan demasiado holgadas, una talla menos me hubieran venido mejor.

Last January I ordered a new padel racket, Adidas match 3,2. At first I thought it was a good racket but after I played for one hour there were all cracks all around the racket.
The day after my padel match (29 January) I started the warranty process at the website. The customer service said to me that they have to discuss it with the manufacturer, Adidas. This is not the right way because Zona de padel is the shop where I’m dealing with.
After 2,5 WEEKS!! Zona asked me to demolish my original padel racket with a knife, because otherwise they will not send me a new one. So I did.
Now they could send me the new racket but instead of this they said to me I have to pay for the shipping costs. This was not according to the agreements on the website. This is stated on their website: “Zona de Padel will proceed to replace the product by sending it to the client freight prepaid, without customer at any additional expense.” So they have to send it to me for free. But instead of this they treated me to send nothing because I wouldn’t pay for the shipping costs. The shipping costs were 14 euros, this is 40% of the cost of a new racket.
I have listed several reasons to not pay for the shipping costs. Meanwhile I played padel with a rented racket, 5 euro each time. Because of the slow process of this padel shop I paid 20 euros!! Because of the 4 times renting a racket.
The customer service from Zona de padel is very slow. They reacted to me after many days each time. They said on their site that Zona is a customer friendly shop, they are not!! They do not adhere to the legal rules regarding warranty’s.
After a month, 27 februari I got finally my new racket from the warranty. I paid for the shipping costs because otherwise I never get a new racket and my old racket was demolished because the customer service said this to me. I hope the quality is better this time.
I never buy again from this shop! It looks cheap but the service is very bad!
