Très bon Yokando, très facile à commander et livraison très rapide. Concernant le produit, à voir avec le temps, le précédent que nous avions acheté, original et très cher, dans un autre magasin il s'est détérioré très vite. Celui-ci n'est pas l'original mais semble plus robuste.

Abattant correct mais une des 2 fixations au WC était tordue... pas très professionnel le service qualité !! J'ai dû la déplier avec un outil. Dommage j'étais pressé sinon je l'aurais renvoyé
..Inadmissible pour une société <moderne >.

The product quality and delivery service was good, and installation simple, but the item received has a defect: the seat cover and top cover are not aligned. Seat cover is shifted on the right by almost 1 cm, which is quite noticeable.
Realigning the seat cover is not simple, as it would require 2 additional holes very close to the current ones, weakening the attach.

It fits my toilet but I’m just not sure if it’s a copy / imitation, material is just not the same as the one I had, I’m just gonna use it as substituted, better than nothing.

Toilet seat is good and very easy to fix but not soft closing seat, every time am using the toilet I have to hold the cover because it doesn’t stand on its own…

Hi I bought the Bellavista DUNA toilet seat a few days ago (order with the reference SWZVNKEBT). However, there is no fixing fittings included in the parcel. I cannot install it to my toilet. Can you please ship the fixing fittings (screw and joint) to me ASAP?

Good morning. These fixing hardware are located at the bottom of the package you received. There you will find a rectangular cardboard that generates a false bottom and inside you will find said fixing hardware. Kind regards
