This item would have been awesome but the pepper in it burned my gums and cheeks. Had some other pouches by same company that were not to "irritating" to my gums. This one burnt my mouth. Consistently doesn't seem to be there. Will not be buying agagin.

My wife says that these ashwaganda capsules have been calming and soothing. Plus, she likes that the powder can be added to food and drinks if she doesn't want to take the capsules.

My husband loves these! Normally he's not able to fall asleep without tossing and turning for hours. With these he's able to fall asleep pretty easily!

Excellent tasting..does the job. Fall asleep and you stay asleep. Would definitely recommend!!! Great value as well!

Sour flavor, I didn't care for. If you like sour, then you will like these.

Vitamin content and price.

I take these everyday if I leave my house and especially when I'm traveling. I believe this is why I don't get sick very often!

I'm not really sure what to think yet. They taste great but I'm still waiting to see if they improve my overall bowel health. It was really hard to find the ?right? Olly product since their marketing seems about 90% focused making the product look cute and appealing, and about 10% focused on educating the consumer on which product is best and what the product does. Also, most of these reviews seemed biased. So, we'll give them a Chance and report back in a month or so.

I've tried other product's but this are better in taste and texture. Will buy again from this seller.

I'm always cautious about any supplements I ingest, and this Doublewood KSM-66 is no exception.Although not on the bottle label, the seller's website has every product listed with either a Certificate of Analysis or a 3rd Party Test result. For this particular product, the 3rd party test conforms. Also, per the website the capsules are Made in the USA. To get more information, the seller's website info is listed on the label.Based upon the above information, and the fact that I have been wanting to try this particular formulation of Ashwagandha, I ordered the KSM-66. The capsules are a light tan color, are easy to swallow, and don't have any odd odor.I haven't yet noticed any difference as Ashwagandha takes a bit of time to assimilate into the body (hence the term, Adaptogen) and it's been too soon to tell. However, the price is right at $9.99 for a 2 month supply, and I would definitely order again.

I'm a suppliment guy in my late 40s with two small kids, so I need all the help I can get. I discovered Ashwagandha some years ago, and love it for its anti-anxiety and sleep benefits. One of the issues with many Ashwagandha supplements on the market is the market is that you never quite know what you're getting. Many studies have been done on products that come from overseas that have little to no active ingredients, which is why I do my research.Double Wood is a reputable companyaking suppliments in the US, is GMP certified, and 3rd-party tested, which is pretty much the trifecta for me. (I also happen to use their Baccopa, as well.) In addition, this is made with KSM-66. When KSM-66 hit the market, it became the only form of Ashwagandha I'd take. For those not familiar, it's a proprietary Ashwagandha extract (can't remember who makes it) that is standardized. That way, you know you're getting exactly what you're paying for.My usual brand of KSM-66 is the same dose as this, but in one capsule, and I've not noticed in difference in effect when taking these. I actually prefer having two caps be 600mg, because it allows me to split the doses between morning and evening. Usually, I just take the other brand in the evening after dinner, and I like having the effects spread throughout the day.For those who've not tried Ashwagandha, I'd highly recommend it. Being an adaptogen, it helps your body cope with stretch. Just pull up the studies. The effectiveness is pretty hard to dispute at this point. I finally got my wife to start taking Ashwagandha and l-theanine. She's a high-anxiety, hypertensive individual, and while she says she can't really feel anything when taking it, she can tell a difference on the days she doesn't. That's the brilliance of it to me. It doesn't make you feel sluggish or cloud your head, just provides some relief when it comes to stress and being overwhelmed.Overall, I'd highly recommend this product to anyone. It's a high-quality form of Ashwagandha from a solid US company, and the price is probably about as low as you'll see for what you get. For me, this is a no-brainer, and I'll personally probably be switching brands once I do take a closer look at the cost comparisons. 5 stars all the way.
