Just finished my first bottle of gummies (strawberry) and just started my second (orange) bottle. The strawberry had a good taste but I want to see what the orange tastes like. As for the overall performance of the product, I am going to rate it a 3 for now until I finish my second bottle. I have taken powder creatine since it went mainstream (I have been lifting weights 35 years so sometime in there I started taking it) and really not sure of its effectiveness but since I have always taken it, I didn't want to stop taking it. I think I have noticed some strength increases on my strong moves with the gummies but just wondering if it is in my head so I want to hold my judgment for now but I do like the convenience of the gummies over the powder.

Excellent price but neither USP nor NSF certified, so be aware that when it says one milligram you could be getting anywhere from half a milligram to four milligrams.There is a lot of variation in the non certified melatonin supplements.If you can afford it, it's probably worth getting a certified brand. With these you might get what's on the label and maybe not.

Prebiotic are good for you

As a first-time user of any form of creatine, I can only give a preliminary review. I started taking this a week ago, hoping to help my workouts and body toning better. I can say that the taste of these gummies is good, with no after taste and no side effects. The price is lower than any available gummies I can purchase locally. I will give this creatine a full month to determine it's effectiveness and update this review at that time. I'm hoping for great results!!!

These things taste great! I can't comment on the actual amount of creatine in them, but if you go off of the label, then totally worth the money!

I have been struggling to fall asleep at night. The Amazon sleep aide / tablet I was taking before helped me fall asleep and stay asleep. The problem was, I was waking up feeling more sleepy and groggy. So I needed something lighter. After reading the reviews for this product, I thought I'd try it. I took two gummy's one hour before bedtime. I didn't fall asleep instantly. It definitely helps me find sleep. But I do not stay asleep. After 2 hours, I was fully awake. I've tried this product for 2 weeks now. No real outstanding results. Maybe I will try taking 4 gummy's instead of 2.

Give it a few weeks to work and expect an increase in leg cramping AT FIRST, I guess this can happen for those that have a larger deficiency
