These are a yummy way to take your magnesium suppliments! I love the flavor, which I think is cherry flavored but it doesn't say! The gummies are small and a little harder than regular gummies but still chewy in a good way! They are easy to take and because they taste good it is easy to remember to take them because it doesnt feel like a chore you are trying to avoid! I highly reccomend these magnesium gummies! Two thumbs up!

I'm used to gummies and I bought that because they didn't have any biotin and gummies. so I bit down on it by accident it didn't taste bad at all. they're small and they're easy to swallow and they seem to be okay. less sugar

I think these are pretty cool, being timed release and all. I think the vitamin C strength is probably perfect too as it is likely to be enough, without compromising any effect of ADHD meds when I am in a period of taking them. They also don't make my tummy feel bleh, if I take them on an empty stomach so that's a yay too.

I started taking probiotics a few months ago when my doctor recommended them after being sick for 2 months and on antibiotics. A few days in and I definitely felt a difference!! My gut health was better and my ph levels were better. Mango was pretty good, container was easy to open. I definitely prefer gummies over pull form. They are a bit pricey but worth it.
