They have assisted with my sleep and I've switched from the capsules I normally take to this yummy gummies. Pop one before bed and get my dose of magnesium along with 6 other supplements to help you relax. Will continue to use these as they are much easier to take vs. the large capsules.

These magnesium gummies are quite tasty with a nice cherry flavor. They are a little stiffer than some gummies but not at all hard to chew. I take these at night before bed and I find I sleep better when I do. The price is not out of line with comparable vitamins and supplements.
