These are great! All three of my kiddos have adhd which turns bedtime into a nightmare, so much restlessness and difficultly falling asleep! We give my 7 yr old one gummy each night and it is just enough to help her relax her body and get ready to sleep! My twins are 5 and they take half a gummy each night and the same effect is true. It's is just enough to help them settle their body and get ready to sleep. On days when half isn't cutting it we will give them a whole one. Love the dosage of melatonin in these gummies as well as the other sleep support supplements!

I like that it keeps my thinning hair look thicker, but unfortunately it makes my hair frizzy. But I would rather have frizzy hair than no hair in the front, due to medications, for the last 30 years.

l wish they would make the bottle easier to open ,l have arthirites and have such a hard time, not walmarts fault but maybe manufactor will read this .

I've been taking this for about month and a half now. The taste is great. I was scared this would taste like medicine and it doesn't taste anything like medicine. It's really yummy! Can't say I feel any skin lightening effects, but in combination with Vitamin C supplements, my skin does feel and look better. Great product, going to keep trying to see any additional effects in the future.

These are delicious and helped me sleep! I've had a lot of stress and anxiety the past couple months so it's been hard for me to stay asleep. I keep waking up, thinking about this and that, and it takes hours for me to fall back asleep. My daughter has special needs so her sleep patterns are off so needless to say, I have been lacking hella sleep. I finally decided to see if melatonin gummies were worth the hype, and I am SO happy I chose these. They really have been helping me stay asleep at night. I will absolutely be purchasing another bottle soon.
