I really love to use these melatonin gummies when I have trouble trying to get to sleep. The blackberry flavor is not too strong at all, tastes very good and works in about 30-45 min as the packaging says. They also do not leave me tired in the morning!

I prefer other forms over capsules, but these capsules were easy to swallow with no aftertaste. I am also a huge fan of Nature Made for their quality and independent testing. I was experiencing high levels of stress that impacted my sleep. This helped me relax, fall asleep, and stay asleep most of the time. Taste was decent. I prefer a gummy because I find the easier to digest than another pill. Would recommend.
