This probiotic has really helped with my digestion and keeping me regular. I like that these do not need to be refrigerated and I can add them to my weekly pill containers. They are also easy to swallow. Overall, its a great quality probiotic.

I've been taking probiotics on and off for around 10 years. I tried this brand for the first time and am so far very pleased. The capsules are easy to swallow and tasteless. I am lactose intolerant and find that these really help my lactose digestion issues. I like to avoid dairy, but sometimes do indulge! I love that these are made with natural clean ingredients and include pro and prebiotics. Good value!

I had stomach problems for the last year. I had an endoscopy, a colonoscopy and I forget what else, and none gave any helpful information. My friend recommended trying probiotics so I bought these. I felt less bloated within a couple of days (my pants fit better) and my stomach felt a lot better so I would recommend them to anyone who asked

Started taking these when it was suggested I do a probiotic and these are easy to chew, quick to grab and remember in the morning, and taste great. I definitly recommend if you are lookinn for a probiotic.

I've been taking this for 2 weeks now and already notice great results with my digestion! It has no bad aftertaste and is easy to swallow. I like that it's shelfstable so I can leave it with my other daily vitamins and don't have to find room in the fridge for it. I take it twice a day.

I really like how many CFUs this product has. I have been taking it for two weeks and I feel like it is really helping my digestive system. I like that it not only has no after taste as well it is easy to swallow.

The supplement is great. If you're just starting taking probiotics I suggest taking half the dose to start with and working your way up to the 2pills... works fast. Absorption is fast and your gut wol thank you. Pills are an easy size to swallow. Great quality product with great quantity ingredients!
