After searching the internet for a few days I decided to buy the ananda chair from global relax and I must say it is brilliant, have used it every day since I got it and feel much better after each use

rien à dire très satisfaite, seul bémol pour moi c'est la livraison car les horaires du transporteur ne correspondent pas à mes horaires donc j'ai du le récupérer à l’entrepôt.

Je suis très contente de mon achat, cet appareil masse très bien, je recommande ce produit ainsi que cette société qui est très professionnel.
j'en profite pour vous demander si vous faites des casques de massage, car maintenant j'aimerai trouver d'autres appareils aussi fiable que celui que j'ai acheter chez vous pour la tête et pourquoi pas aussi pour le dos.

Ich habe den Massagesessel vor einem Monat erhalten. Seit dem 1. Tag an, geniese ich fast täglich die angenehmen Massagen.
Zuerst fällt das Design ins Auge, ein echter hingucker, der Massagesessel steht im Wohnzimmer und macht einen sehr guten Eindruck.
Auch die Verarbeitung des Sessel's ist wirklich sehr gut, die Stoffe fühlen sich wertvoll und angenehm an.
Funktionen: Hier ist für meinen Geschmack fast alles geboten. Angefangen von der angenehmen Wadenmassage, hier spürt man das die Füße warm werden während der Massage, durch die Durchblutung.
Auch im Unterschenkel, Po und Rücken, angenehme und wohltuende Massagefunktionen.
Hier kann man diverse möglichkeiten einstellen, wie man massiert werden möchte. Besonderst gut gefällt mir die Manuelle Funktion die man auf den Punkt fixieren kann an der man schmerzen hat oder massiert werden möchte.
Ich habe zB.an einem bestimmten Punkt zwischen den Schulterblätter verspannungen gehabt, die Massagerollen habe ich dort ständig massieren lassen, nach dem 3. Tag waren die Schmerzen tatsächlich weg.
Allgemein kann man den Sessel sehr empfehlen, er hat ausreichende Funktionen die man einzeln, abwechselnd oder gemeinsam einschalten kann, ich würde ihn nicht mehr missen wollen. Auch mein Mann ist begeistert und benutzt ihn ebenfalls fast täglich.

The purchase process was straight-forward and delivery was prompt, with good communication from the deliverers. Pre-purchase, customer chat on your website did not respond, but I found the information I needed myself with a bit of further delving. The product was as described and works well as expected. It is an expensive item, so that's what I would expect. Bluetooth connection sounds a bit scratchy, but that might be down to my phone - will investigate further. Overall, happy enough so far. Let's hope it continues.

Happy with the massage chair so far. It looks good, appears to have a sturdy build and (most importantly) gives a nice firm massage all over. It's quite expensive for what it is - but, that said, it is as described and we are really enjoying it at the moment.
Might help to have a more detailed manual to explain the controls in more detail (For example, to understand how the extendable foot rest works and whether it is possible to fix it to your optimum position). It was easy enough to put together, but not sure what the allen key is for as I couldn't see it referenced in the instructions. Those minor points aside, all is fine.
