ieri ho ricevuto la poltrona che mi è stata consegnata puntualmente fin dentro casa, il prodotto è esattamente come descritto dall'azienda e di eccellente qualità, posso dire di aver avuto a che fare con un'azienda estremamente seria e puntuale.

È arrivata perfettamente imballata,ho disimballato la poltrona in maniera molto facile.Avendo le ruote è facile posizionarla nel luogo prescelto, solo serve collegare con delle viti e dei contatti la parte delle braccia che arriva in altra scatola,ma è del tutto intuitivo.
Metterla in uso è semplicissimo, basta leggere e seguire il telecomando.
La prima impressione, avendo già un'altra versione di anni addietro della Globalrelax,è di protezione.Si resta avvolti dalla poltrona che poi segue coccolandoti.
La precedente è durata 18 anni, spero che questa superi la sua antenata

Superbe fauteuil tant au niveau de la finition que des fonctions massage, le tout à prix très correct,je recommande vivement cet achat en plus livré et installé dans votre maison, mais attention à la largeur des portes intérieures. Petite suggestion mettre un support pour la télécommande ou passer à la commande vocale sinon bravo!

Wir finden den Sessel sensationell, er massiert sogar die Zehnspitzen! Bei den Seitenteilen hat die Bohrung zur Befestigung am Sessel nicht übereingestimmt. Für den Preis erwartet man sich, dass alles genau passt.. Dafür 1 Minus Punkt. Die Armlehnen lassen sich nicht nach der Größe verstellen, also für kleine Menschen leider eher ungeeignet.

Le conditionnement pour le transport est au top. La qualité du fauteuil est au rendez-vous. Les programmes de massages, un vrai plaisir. Je ne peux que recommander ce fauteuil.

Par contre, livraison respectée dans un temps record.
Emballage extraordinaire ; par contre, nous avons rencontré des difficultés à l'extraire de son énorme carton, des pattes de blocage le retenant (sûrement nécessaires pour le sécuriser, mais compliqué à le sortir, ne le sachant pas. A cet effet, il serait utile de donner une information à l'intérieur du carton de manière à prévenir qu'il y a des pattes de blocage : cela éviterait d'énormes efforts... douloureux
Quant à la notice, bien que détaillée, une police de caractères plus grande serait la bienvenue : caractères difficiles à lire, trop petits : contraints de la réimprimer en l'agrandissant.
Important : ce fauteuil très lourd à déplacer nécessite beaucoup de force, et il faut absolument bien le préciser sur votre site et PROPOSER UNE INSTALLATION A DOMICILE MOYENNANT FINANCES.

I own two other massage chairs in other countries and wanted one in Malta. It is the best of the three by far and the first two were also expensive. The Nirvana is absolutely superb. Great service. Emails always answered promptly. I have been very impressed from beginning to end.

Buongiorno volevo un informazione importante a riguardo di questa poltrona poltrona di massaggio NIRVANA nuovo modello 2019 .
Io ho gli stipiti della porta di ingresso misurano 80 cm può entrare la poltrona ? Si amontano i braccioli per montarli una volta portata in casa la poltrona?

Buongiorno caro Nicolo,
Innanzitutto grazie per l'interesse dimostrato nei nostri prodotti.
Rispondendo alla tua domanda ti dirò che la poltrona Nirvana per quanto riguarda le misure della tua porta trovo difficile entrare poiché è larga 78 cm senza scatola, quindi è abbastanza complicato che tu possa entrare.
La spedizione è composta da due colli:
1) La poltrona stessa.
2) I bracci vanno in una scatola separata e devono essere montati (è facile, è spiegato nel manuale).
Per quanto riguarda la società responsabile del trasporto nel caso in cui decidessi di acquistare il prodotto, sarebbe per TNT, poiché UPS non accetta questa grandezza di massa e peso.
Il tempo di spedizione è approssimativamente di 4 giorni.
In caso di dubbi, non esitare a scriverci.

Si compro el modelo nirvana se llevan el antiguo q ya no funciona?

Normalmente no prestamos este servicio. No obstante, si un cliente nos solicita la recogida de un producto antiguo, podriamos recorgeselo gratuitamente para llevarlo a un “punto limpio” para su reciclaje.
Esta recogida se haria el mismo dia de la entrega del producto nuevo, y siempre que el lugar de entrega sea en España peninsular (excepto en Baleares y Canarias).

Aucun de nos modèles n'a cette fonction. Il existe des fauteuils spécialisés à cet effet mais les nôtres sont uniquement et exclusivement des fauteuils de massage.
Connexion bluetooth aides auditives à la télé ?
Le modèle NIRVANA a des haut-parleurs et une connexion Bluetooth. Les haut-parleurs peuvent être connectés via Bluetooth à n'importe quel appareil Bluetooth. Cependant, pour écouter la TV via des auditives, il serait préférable de connecter les auditives directement avec le téléviseur bluetooth.
