El envío y las gafas estuvo todo bien, pero me venían grandes y me asesoraron en como regresas las gafas, pero luego desaparecieron y nunca me reembolsaron el dinero y no contestaron a mis correos.

Les escribí, hice el proceso de devolución como ellos me indicaron, recogieron las gafas pero nunca me reembolsaron el dinero. A pesar de haberles escrito al correo, nunca obtuve respuesta del por qué no me habían devuelto el importe de las gafas.
