el Ego, lo probé y me resultó muy duro, tanto a mi como a mi familia. Cambié al EGO PLUS, y es también muy duro, tanto o más que el anterior.

Lamentamos que el masajeador no haya cumplido sus expectativas. Si como usted indica, la intensidad del masaje le ha parecido fuerte, el modelo Ego Plus dispone de un regulador de intensidad, debido a que hay clientes que exigen una mayor intensidad, o en su caso, otros clientes que prefieren menor intensidad.

Everything was great and I love the product.
I was just expecting it on Tuesday last week and it arrived on Wednesday which meant that I missed the delivery and had to pick the product up one week afterwards (post Easter holidays).

Next time it would be useful if you communicate the exact delivery date.

Regarding the delivery of the article, I am sorry you had not the best experience with the delivery. We try to give customers an approximate delivery date, but it does not depends only on us but also on the carrier and many external factors (weather, traffic, delays, holidays…).
