Für die Füße ist es das beste Massagegerät was ich bisher kennen lernen durfte. Himmlich. Aber es steht auch drin, dass die Waden und Beine massiert werden. Jetzt kann man über das Wort massieren natürlich streiten: einer meint Luftaufpumpen und drücken ist auch eine Art Massage. Aber wir finden es gibt für Waden bessere Geräte. Solche mit Rollscheiben und richtiger Massagefunktion für die Waden. Bei dem Gerät werden nur die Füße und die Beine bearbeitet. Die Waden bekommen nix ab. Daher 1 Punkt Abzug. Für die Füße aber das Beste was ich kenne.

Depuis la France, ai eu besoin de l'intervention du SAV (ça arrive et, si les clés trouvées dans le fauteuil par les techniciens ont pu être la cause, ils ne m'en ont pas tenu rigueur...) et, matière de communication avec Global Relax pour opérer le retour pour réparation : 20/20 ! même si l'obligation de réaliser un emballage pour le transport fut très contraignant. Mais à aucun moment Global Relax n'a montré de signe de non volonté de coopérer, bien au contraire. Bravo et merci.

Muy buena, aunque hecho a faltar algunos detalles importantes, como las medidas del sillón, por ejemplo. Están las medidas de la caja (embalaje), pero no las del sillón cuando está montado. Al menos no las he encontrado. En los vídeos aparece, mas o menos, pero no en la descripción o especificaciones.

El sillón genial, la documentación muy pobre. Se queda muy corta para un sillón de ese precio. Aunque indica para qué sirve cada botón, lo hace de un modo muy simplista. Hecho a faltar mejores descripciones. Sé lo que hace el botón, pero no sé lo que me aporta. Todavía no tengo claro como puedo (si se puede) programar el sillón para que cuando arranque haga el masaje que yo quiero, en lugar del que viene por defecto

Nos complace saber que el sillón de masaje SAMSARA le parece genial.

Por favor, tenga en cuenta que la finalidad del Manual de Instrucciones es informar de la manera más sencilla de las características y funciones que proporciona el Sillón. Al contrario de lo que usted comenta, otros clientes opinan que no les apetece leer Manuales de Instrucciones demasiado largos.

En ambos casos, recomendamos que el perfecto conocimiento de su Sillón de Masaje se realiza a través de un uso diario, probando las diferentes funciones/prestaciones que ofrece. De esta manera, usted va a conocer y seleccionar aquellas funciones y/o programas de masaje que a usted le parezcan más idóneas.
Aparte de la práctica diaria, y de la guía esencial que constituye el Manual de Instrucciones, todo el equipo de Atención al Cliente estamos a su disposición para resolver cualquier duda o pregunta que pueda surgirle sobre el funcionamiento de su producto, y para proporcionarle recomendaciones de uso,

El sillon me parece que es comodo,excepto para levantarse.El manual no es suficiente detallado para la regulacion de la intensidad de las diferentes funciones de los masajes.Existe la posibilidad de cambiar el apoyo de las piernas por uno mas sencillo como accesorio adicional.
