Sr. costilla, lamentamos su opinión por la inexactitud de la misma al no haber leido con detenimiento nuestra información disponible en la web. La mayoria de telefonos de Atención al Cliente para nuestros clientes de diferentes países son gratuitos. En aquellos países donde no ha sido posible disponer de un número gratuito está habilitado un número de coste reducido. Aparte como usted bien sabe, disponemos de formas de contacto totalmente gratuitas: chat online, correo electrónico, skype, ...

De todas formas agradecemos su comentario ya que es una oportunidad para los miles de clientes que ya forman parte de la gran familia de Global Relax, de conocer con más detalle, si cabe, nuestros servicios de Atención al Cliente a través del canal Reseñas de Google.

Il prodotto ottimo dal punto di vista massaggio .
scarso per le rupte in dotazione troppo piccole , inoltre la asticella di sollevamento anteriore non ha un blocco che eviti lo slittamento del massaggiatore in avanti e quindi il ripiegamento dell'asticella all'indietro . Inoltre , a mio avviso , l'asticella dovrebbe avere due routine per lospostamento orizzontale del massaggiatore .
Queste piccole modifiche le realizzerò' a breve .

Heldere site. Proces van bestelling duidelijk. Goede informatie over de vervolgstappen. Van moment van bestelling, behandeling bestelling, verzending, transport en afleveringsdatum. De afleveringsdatum werd verschoven, maar gezien het feit, dat de zending uit Spanje kwam, is dit begrijpelijk. Maar de verschuiving van de afleveringsdatum werd keurig vermeld op de site, waar je het pakketje kunt blijven volgen.

Mogelijk een tip: ik krijg nu een Nederlands verzoek om mijn mening te geven, terwijl ik er ook al één had ontvangen van de Spaanse site/verzender. Wellicht gebeurt dit automatisch, maar is het niet verstandiger, dat ALLEEN de vestiging, waar besteld is (in dit geval als Nederlandse vestiging) dit verzendt (nu ook gebeurd in tweede instantie). Dit voorkomt 2 verzoeken en voor een groot deel zullen Nederlandse bestellingen, die vanuit het buitenland verzonden worden, ook niet gelezen en beantwoord kunnen worden vanwege de taal.. Belangrijkste argument lijkt mij echter, dat je de vestiging wil benaderen, waar je besteld hebt.

Respecto al Manual de instrucciones y otros documentos referentes a su compra, le recordamos que siempre enviamos una copia del mismo en el bolsillo lateral de su sillón.
