Como decía, me ayudaron mucho con el tema de elegir la balanza que se adaptara a la nueva normativa y al final acabé comprando con ellos, me han resuelto todas las dudas que tenía incluso cuando me ha llegado la balanza. Además me la programaron perfectamente.
Muy contento con ellos, si necesito cualquier otra cosa repetiré.
