Your product is incredibly good! However, the shipping did take quite a long time (over a month). I did contact your customer support team within that month and was told there was a delay in the shipping of our recliner armchair covers. With that information, I was much less concerned about the arrival of our products. If only we had been advised of this delay without having to contact customer support in order to get this information, it would have been perfect! We're still very happy though!

We are absolutely delighted with our new recliner armchair covers! They took quite a long time to arrive, but they were definitely worth the wait! They have transformed our vinyl recliner chairs, which have peeled badly, because they are positioned in our conservatory. The only alternative would have been to buy two new chairs, which wasn't ideal, because the mechanisms on our current ones still work perfectly well. They now look lovely, with their new covers and we no longer need to feel embarrassed when guests come to visit, which admittedly won't be happening for a while now, but no matter! We'll appreciate our 'new' chairs in the meantime!! Thank you!

Envío rápido sin incidencias. La tela es de calidad, el color, vivo y muy luminoso, coincide con el que se muestra en fotografía.
Todavía no he realizado ningún lavado para poder valorar la respuesta al uso.
Muy contenta con la compra y buena elección.
Ayudaría para futuras compras tener equivalencias de las medidas de largo y ancho de tela con tipos de sofá (2, 3,4 plazas) orientando así la elección de la medida correcta.

Nós comprámos a capa para o sofá IKEA com 3 lugares e estamos muito satisfeitos! Já recomendámos a familiares!
O tecido é confortável, ajusta-se perfeitamente ao sofá e além disso, nós temos uma gata que às vezes mete as unhas no sofá e cortamos com uma tesoura o que a gata arranca e o sofá continua inteiro e com excelente aspeto!
Uma escolha fantástica, sem dúvida!
O único tema foi que não percebemos que ao ser feita na hora demoraria mais tempo e tinhamos a expectativa de chegar passados 5 dias, o que não aconteceu. Mas o apoio ao cliente explicou a razão e ficou tudo bem!
Muito satisfeitos do início ao fim do processo mas principalmente na utilização dia dia a dia!
