Estoy un poco enfadada porque siempre hemos comprado Bolero de naranja y, cual es mi sorpresa, que al acudir a la lista de sabores NO está el de naranja, cosa que no entiendo, ya que es un sabor de lo mas normal. Lo hay de naranja roja, de mandarina e isotónico de naranja, pero de naranja tal cual no..... Creo que es un sabor raro ni poco común como coco, bayas de goyi y muchos otros que sí están....
La verdad es que estoy desilusionada.

Hola María , si que tenemos de sabor Naranja , lo que pasa es que cuando usted aterrizó en la web no había stock , cuando un sabor no hay stock desaparece de la lista para que no sea un lio tener que estar mirando de cual tenemos y de cual no , y así es más fácil para vosotros. Pero como le decía dió la casualidad que no había stock de Naranja. Un saludo

Hola Esa respuesta es muy relativa , por que depende de factores como el entrenamiento , su descanso, su metabolismo , alimentación, etc . Para toda esa información le recomiendo que asista a un Nutricionista que le haga las medidas necesarias y le pueda dar datos más exactos. No puedo darle una cifra, sería jugar a la lotería.

Hola 30 minutos antes de entrenar tomo la creatina Y puedo mezclar la creatina con capsulas y Despues de terminar el antrenamiento tomo la proteina se pueden mezclar las capsulas con creatina y proteina gracias

Hola Como dice no debe exceder de 4 capas al día , yo las tomaría 1 por la mañana en el desayuno y 2 30 min antes del entreno. En caso de no entrenar 2 en el desayuno y 1 en el almuerzo. O 2 en el desayuno y 2 antes del entreno y en caso de no entrenar 2 antes del almuerzo. Un saludo y espero haber sido de ayuda

Buenas tardes. Estoy haciendo dieta y deporte en casa, normalmente voy al gym. Tengo hipotiroidismo y mi metabolismo es lento, me gustaría que me aconsejara que quemagrasas tomar, para que me ayude con la pérdida de grasa. Gracias
