Me encantan, llevaba tomándolas 1 año. Dejé de tomarlas 6 meses y ahora que voy durmiendo peor, he vuelto a ellas. El primer día dormí poco, pero el resto de días una maravilla. Hasta que el cuerpo se acostumbra. Lo bueno de estas pastillas es que no son adictivas. Las recomiendo un montón!!! Si quieres dormir bien.
