Decepcionado con la atención al cliente. Mi idea era coger un pack de ahorro que se publicita en su página web, pero no nos lo permitía porque faltaba uno de los elementos. Contacté con ustedes por las dos formas que ofrecen en la página, por el formulario de contacto y también por Instagram y no obtuve ninguna respuesta.
Al final cogí el producto porque era para un regalo y me corría prisa, pero no pude obtener las ventajas del pack de ahorro, que la verdad no sé si simplemente está como un gancho.
No da ninguna confianza una página web que no responde a las consultas de los usuarios.
Por otro lado el producto correcto, aunque el sobre venía completamente rasgado.
