A mí personalmente me gusta mas esta combinada con el fórmula 1. Pero es cierto que la proteína que lleva leche tiene un sabor mas dulce y a mis clientes les suele gustar mas.

Si son la mejor opción opción para control de peso. Sin embargo, si estas entrenando, sientes que no te llena lo suficiente como snack, te recomiendo las barritas H24 que tienen mas proteína y sacian mas.

Lo más habitual es tomarlo en ayunas por la mañana para que te active gracias al Té, te depure gracias al Aloe y vera y vayas mejor al baño gracias a la fibra. De todas formas puedes tomarlo en cualquier momento del día. Lo único que antes de dormir no lo tomaría por el Té o lo tomaría sin Té para que tengas un buen descanso nocturno.
