Todo genial pero política de devoluciones muy estrictas. No se puede pedir una respuesta en 24 horas de un pedido defectuoso, cuando el que recoge el paquete puede ser una persona no encargada del producto.

Buenas tarde, gracias por su opinion. Comentarle que el plazo de reclamación es de 24 Horas, porque es el plazo que nos da a nosotros la agencia de transporte, por el seguro, si hay roturas.Saludos.

La verdad que vuestro servicio al cliente no me ha gustado nada.
No puedo hacer un pedido online, pagar y después que me comuniquen que como les han subido el precio de fabrica que me tiene que cobrar la diferencia.

la verdad que después de comprar algo y pagar que me digan eso por que si no no recibo el pedido, me parece increíble.
no me ha gustado nada vuestro servicio, me dedico a eventos de hostelería y la verdad que he tenido muy mala experiencia con vosotros, no volveré a comprar.

Buenas tardes, sentimos mucho lo ocurrido, pero ya le explicamos que si no estaba de acuerdo con la subida del precio del producto que habia solicitado le devolviamos el importe total, inmediatamente. A veces no depende de nosotros y siempre intentamos encontrar una solucion. Espero que lo comprenda.
