Si bien la página WEB y atención al cliente es buena, el servicio de preparación y entrega es lento.
Generalmente los profesionales cuando solicitamos este tipo de materiales, lo requerimos en el menor plazo posible, Un tiempo superior a las 48 horas hace que se pierda competitividad. Bueno sería informar del plazo de entrega y posibles retrasos.

Buenos días Sr. Juan:
Muchas gracias por darnos su consejo, seguro que pondremos un aviso de que podemos tardar hasta 8 días en entregar los listones (con los estuches no ocurre lo mismo,siempre salen al día siguiente)
El retraso es debido a que hay más de 500 modelos diferentes y normalmente solo tenemos stock de los modelos más corrientes (que no suelen ser más de 20), los demás los tenemos que fabricar bajo demanda.

Nuevamente le quedamos muy agradecido por su valiosa ayuda.

Hola Iñaki, verás es que es una pregunta automática, pasado un tiempo predeterminado y no diferencia entre lo entregado y no entregado, no obstante muchas grácias, para nosotros es de mucha importancia para poder hacer modificaciones.

Es la segunda vez que compro estas cajas, son tal cual la fotografía, tienen buena calidad y acabados. Además de el precio más bajo que he encontrado en la Web.

Han llegado en 2 días, las cajas tienen muy buena calidad, tal y como aparecen en la fotografía. Es la segunda vez que compro en Coesta. Tienen el precio más bajo que he encontrado en la Web

Buenos días ,siempre me han atendido muy bien , `pero el envio que puedo decir ,desde el 3 de julio,hoy 11 todavia no he recibido el pedido.Me parece excesivo el tiempo para enviar unos listones de guillotina,ni que vinieran de Australia.

Buenos días Sr Jorge:
Primero darle las gracias por su sinceridad en la respuesta, ya que ello nos ayuda a mejorar.
Segundo indicarle que normalmente sólo tenemos en stock unos 40 modelos que son los más habituales, el resto los hacemos bajo demanda, su pedido salió el dia 7 lo que indica que solo han pasado 5 dias desde que hizo el pedido, luego esta nuestra agencia de transporte CBL (que no es de servicio URGENTE) ya que no podemos asumir su coste y por último su situación geográfica en la que CBL nos dá un plazo de entrega de 3 dias laborables, según hemos comprovado su material esta en destino con el nº de espedición 999904715982., si necesita más información no dude en ponerse en contacto.
