Buen sabor aunque la sensación era que le faltaba algo de curación para que la loncha al corte, fuera más compacta, tras conservarlo en frío y dejarlo en ambiente antes del corte, la loncha se fragmenta.

La sobrasada es espectacular pero la que tenían y que hace meses que no tienen.
Ahora la que tienen es con trufa y deja mucho que desear respecto a la anterior. A mi no me gusta.
