La talla 27 le va justa y no habia de los lirios. Hemos tenido que canviar y pagar 2 veces el producto. Encuentro que no es necesario pagar los canvios. Ya miré la guia de talla y por la medida del pie era un 25, cuando ella ya hacia un 27. Confie en vosotros y he tenido que canviarlo.

Hola.
Lamentamos las molestias pero la guía de tallas está correcta.
Este producto además tiene plantilla extraíble por lo que con un par en casa se puede comprobar fácilmente si no ha elegido la talla correcta.
Los cambios tienen el mismo coste haga los que haga. El coste real del cambio tras la subida de los carburantes es de 7€ sin embargo el precio que ofrecemos es solo de 3€.
La mayoría de las empresas ya no tienen opción de cambios solo de devoluciones siendo el coste mucho más elevado.
