It is a lovely iberico piece and there is no a big budget needed. The fat and meat proportion is very good. Its flavour is very tasty and sweet. Very recommended.

Hola Francisco, la diferencia radica en la alimentación de los cerdos. El de cebo se alimenta con piensos naturales el de cebo de campo con piensos y con pastos. Además estos últimos se crían en formato extensivo, o sea que salen al campo. Los de cebo se crían en granjas.
