I take magnesium for migraine headaches. My neurologist told me I could increase the dosage, so I tried these (I hate taking pills). They have a great taste. My joint pain has decreased and according to my sleep tracker, I am getting much better sleep. I've noticed about 10 minutes after taking these, I can feel myself getting sleepy! I definitely recommend them!

I started taking this magnesium at night and I have noticed that my sleep has been deeper, and muscle cramps have subsided. This is definitely a high quality supplement - far superior to your local drugstore version! The capsules are easily digested also.

The dosage was too much. I will only take one soft gel once every 2 weeks. It had my legs cramping. Took 4 in a row not knowing it was not necessary.

I can already tell a difference after using them for almost a week. The only problem I have with them is the flavor. It is gross. Peach flavor needs to be replaced. I have to take other Olly gummies before taking the collagen gummy rings to help diffuse the peach taste from the collagen gummies. I use several of your products and have loved the results and flavors. This one needs a flavor change immediately. Not sure if the results are worth the gross taste therefore not sure if I will be reordering this product.

These melatonin gummies work the best and I have profound tinnitus and ran the gamut of prescription sleep medications in the last 22 years. Having said that, whenever I use them, I have the worst nightmares but, your brain is different and you might not have nightmares. It's worth trying.

Useful supplement for persons with low vitamin D which is present in 1/3 of the population. You probably need to talk to your doctor about the dosing since it's above the recommended daily allowance. I would depend on your vitamin D levels. Overall, great price.
