I really like this brand. I like this Ashwagandh is the KSM version. I get much better results with it. Capsules are not too big.

I've been taking Ashwagandha for years. This version contains 5% total withanolides which is not always the case in an Ashwagandha formulation but is my preference. My daily dosage is typically 500mg so when a formulation of Ashwagandha suggests 2 capsules for a total of 1000mg I take 1 capsule. In this case the suggested dosage is 2 capsules for a total of 600mg so I'll be taking the suggested 2 capsules.Aside from Ashwagandha supplements containing 5% total withanolides they can also contain a form of black pepper but that's not the case with this version.

I changed brands. Been very happy with Carlson and tried these b/c more and cheaper and it's prolly all the same right? Yeah they're not. These pretty much don't work. And they're not refundable.Buy Carlson and sleep great. You're worth it.

I was very reluctant to give melatonin to my kids at all, so I waited until they were older and then only got 1 MG, only to be used if they hadn't been sleeping well and needed to reboot their sleep cycles. It worked okay for that intermittent use, but now that they're in high school, they had started saying it didn't do much, so I've switched it up to the 5 MG. My daughter took one last night and I didn't hear her roaming the house at midnight, so it must have worked!

They are helpful for getting to sleep, and the taste isn't too bad either! I haven't experienced any bad effects, grogginess, dehydration, or any other such thing from these. Worth having around, especially when the heat makes it difficult to sleep.

Cheaper on Amazon than other places. Hate the child-proof cap, as I do NOT have children in my house. But I just put the little gummies in another jar. Helps a person get to sleep more easily at night. My doctor knows I use them.

I take magnesium to help sleep, but also to help with migraines and painful charlie horse cramps I would get in my legs and hips in the middle of the night. I have also used kava, both traditionally prepared and on tablets/powders, and enjoy the relaxing, almost numbing sensation. I generally like this product - it seems to take the edge off a little more than normal magnesium glycinate, and the kava effect is subtle but there. My main complaint is with the packaging - the company also sells non-kava magnesium, and the front of the bottle shows no difference between the two products. It is in small print in the nutrition facts, but the bottles look identical. This could be detrimental or dangerous to someone who can't use kava! I would highly recommend the company revisit their branding and packaging.

I take one about 30 minutes before bed time . It really helps me to get a good nights sleep.
