These do help and i take 2 every nite and fall asleep within 30 minutes but they do not always keep me asleep or I would give 5 stars

Í really like all the products from Codeage. I'm going to be ordering more stuff from them soon. They have clean and great products. Their Customer service is nice also. Prices are good too. I have trouble falling asleep, it would take me anywhere from a half hour to an hour to fall asleep. I was recommended by a friend to try melatonin and it works great. I always have them on hand for when i need them. If you have trouble getting off to sleep, this is what you need. I can fall asleep and wake up refreshed.

I've used several other probiotics in the past but this one seems to be be the best so far for keeping my digestive system functioning. It has really improved my bowel issues. I told my sister to try these probiotics and she has had good results too.

I take this first thing in the morning (on an empty stomach). It truly is tasteless and does not upset my sensitive stomach. It makes me feel good to know that I am giving my digestive system and body what it needs for me to be a healthier person.

The only thing I would change is the color of the font on the packaging. The white font on the bright yellow background makes it impossible to read. I did manage to read it before I purchased it, but it wasn't easy! The flavor is great and the price is right for someone on a tight budget.
