Terrible Experience with Global Relax – Avoid at All Costs
I purchased the Dharani S1 Premium sauna from Global Relax in November 2023 for €1,599.99, which came with a 5-year warranty. Unfortunately, the sauna stopped working in June 2024 due to a faulty temperature sensor, and my experience with Global Relax’s customer service has been nothing short of a nightmare ever since.
Despite reaching out multiple times over the course of 8 months, I received no meaningful response or resolution. My emails were ignored, and the company made no effort to demonstrate they were addressing the issue. Feeling completely abandoned by Global Relax, I had to dismantle the sauna, pay for its removal and transport to a depuradora, and spend time and money organizing a replacement sauna from another company.
I recently contacted Global Relax again to request a full refund, but they have failed to respond. This is a clear breach of the warranty and of Spanish consumer protection laws (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
Why I Would Not Recommend Global Relax:
Complete Lack of Customer Support: My messages were ignored for months, and the company made no attempt to resolve the issue.
Faulty Product with No Solution: The sauna became unusable within a year, and despite the warranty, no repair or replacement was offered.
Additional Costs Incurred: I had to pay out of pocket for removal, transport, and a replacement sauna from another provider.
At this point, I have no choice but to escalate the matter through consumer protection authorities and, if necessary, take legal action. I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from Global Relax.

Por desgracia no me queda más opción que dejar una mala reseña. Es imposible hacer una devolución. Lamentable servicio. Imposible contactar ni por correo, ni whatsap ni de ninguna manera. No contestan los mensajes. Me costó hacer la devolución y cuando lo consigo llevan más de 2 semanas sin dar señales .

J'ai commandé un fauteuil chez Global Relax et réglé une somme importante de 3 500 €. La société m’a garanti une livraison rapide et un service Premium Plus, mais je n'ai jamais reçu le produit.
Après de multiples relances, le service client a promis de me rembourser sous 3 à 5 jours ouvrables à compter du 31 décembre 2024, mais je n'ai toujours pas reçu le remboursement à ce jour (14/01/2025).
Malheureusement, il est très difficile d'avoir un contact téléphonique avec eux, car aucun numéro n’est mentionné dans leurs e-mails.
Je suis extrêmement déçu par leur gestion de mon dossier. Aucun suivi sérieux, aucune preuve de remboursement, et leur communication est très limitée.
Je souhaite alerter les futurs clients sur la complexité de récupérer un remboursement ou d'obtenir une livraison conforme. Je suis également en contact avec les autorités compétentes (Centre Européen des Consommateurs) afin de signaler ces pratiques commerciales trompeuses.

J'ai commandé un fauteuil sur le site Global Relax le 29/11 pour 3 499,99 €, avec la promesse d'une livraison rapide et d'un service Premium Plus. Malgré l'engagement de Global Relax, la première tentative de livraison le 18/12 a échoué, car personne n'était présent pour porter le fauteuil de mon portail à mon salon et pour le montage. Une nouvelle livraison a été planifiée pour le 30/12, mais elle n’a jamais eu lieu, malgré ma présence et mes relances toute la journée.
Le service client a promis un remboursement sous 3 à 5 jours ouvrables à compter du 31/12. Cependant, je n'ai reçu un remboursement partiel de 2 949 € que le 14/01, avec 550 € retenus injustement pour un prétendu "refus de livraison", ce qui est totalement faux.
Leur communication est désastreuse : aucune explication, une adresse juridique fictive, et aucun numéro de téléphone pour les joindre. Je continue mes démarches pour récupérer la totalité de mon argent et alerte les futurs clients sur leur manque de professionnalisme et de transparence.
Le service client a promis un remboursement sous 3 à 5 jours ouvrables à compter du 31/12. Cependant, je n'ai reçu un remboursement partiel de 2 949 € que le 14/01, avec 550 € retenus injustement pour un prétendu "refus de livraison", ce qui est totalement faux.

Livraison très correcte et assez rapide en période de fêtes de fin d’année.
Par contre pas de notice en français…
Notice pas très claire et explicative…16 programmes … pas de numérotation pour les programmes il faut chercher je pense… mais je tiens à préciser que je viens de le recevoir…
Vue d’ensemble très beau produit matériaux de bonne facture design sympathique et sombre.
Écran de contrôle de taille correcte mais explications pas suffisante à mon goût.
J’aimerais être de nouveau contacté dans 6 à 12. Mois pour pouvoir redonner mon avis.

How long does the battery last when fully charged ?

If it refers to the duration of the Skandas when they are fully charged, I will tell you that it depends on the daily use that you give, if you are going to devote 2/3 daily massages of 15 minutes you can last 4/5 days. The full load of the Skandas is 4 to 5 hours.

Hartelijk dank voor uw vraag en voor uw interesse op de massagekussen Tenzo Mini.
Met betrekking tot uw vraag, volgens de contra-indicaties van het product aangegeven op de handleiding, is er geen bezwaren tegen een persoon met een ICD. In ieder geval, vindt u hieronder de contra-indicaties voor het product. Ik adviseer ook u om het met uw arts te bespreken zodat u vinden als het apparaat voor u juist is.
Waarschuwingen
• Gebruik het product niet met een andere dan de voorgeschreven spanning.
• Houd het product uit de buurt van water om eventuele schade te voorkomen.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet in vochtige omgevingen (badkamers, zwembad...).
• Plaats het product niet in de buurt van verwarmingstoestellen.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet als het buitenste omhulsel beschadigd is.
• Als het buitenste omhulsel beschadigd is moet het zo snel mogelijk worden vervangen.
• Zorg ervoor dat de schakelaar op Off staat voordat u de stekker in het stopcontact steekt.
• Trek de stekker niet uit het stopcontact met vochtige handen. Trek nooit aan de kabel.
• Controleer of de schakelaar op Uit staat en rol de kabel op na gebruik.
• Als u het toestel lange tijd gebruikt, kunnen bepaalde onderdelen van het product warm worden. Personen
• die gevoelig zijn voor warmte wordt aanbevolen het product niet te lang ononderbroken te gebruiken.
• Het product kan automatisch uitschakelen na een lange periode van ononderbroken gebruik om
• oververhitting te voorkomen. Wanneer het product is afgekoeld, zal het weer normaal werken.
• Kinderen jonger dan 14 jaar en mensen met een geestelijke beperking mogen het product niet gebruiken
• zonder toezicht.
• Het gebruik van het product door zwangere en menstruerende vrouwen wordt afgeraden.
• Als de elektrische adapter beschadigd is, moet deze worden vervangen door de Officiële Technische Dienst.
• Het gebruik van dit apparaat door kinderen of mensen met een geestelijke, psychische of zintuiglijke
• beperking wordt afgeraden. Kinderen mogen het product alleen gebruiken onder toezicht van een
• volwassene.
• Het apparaat heeft een thermisch oppervlak. Personen die gevoelig zijn voor warmte moeten voorzichtig zijn.

I have bought the device Fußmassagegerät VITALZEN MINI a week ago through amazon.de.
After testing it several times, it is clear that even in the lightest configuration, the part that is fixing my ankle/heel is very painful and sometimes I have had to stop the machine because it was unbearable.
Do you have any advice, perhaps, about how to position the foot in the device to avoid this pain? For instance, is it better to put the foot as far into the device as possible, or rather as close as possible to the opening?

I would like to provide you the following tips for the proper use of the device:
1) Short sessions at the beginning. If the user is not used to feet massagers and the pressure they have, it is recommended short sessions (15 min per day) in the lowest level until our feet get used to it.
2) Try to place the feet as deep as possible into the device and as far back as possible. That is the optimal position to use the device.
3) You can also adjust the different options according to your likes. For example, if the vibration of the device is not so painful for you but the pressure is uncomfortable, feel free to adjust the vibration to the maximum level and the pressure to its minimum.
To conclude, I would like to emphasize that it is necessary a short period of time until our feet get used to the massager, after this period there should be no discomfort.
