Yo hago mi edito en línea desde México para el cumpleaños de mi suegra, esta vez no había muchas opciones ya que las ordené de último minuto, pero fueron entregadas y llegaron muy bonitas, sólo faltó una base ya que fue un ramo grande y otras veces ha estado mejor empaquetado, muy buen servicio, muchas gracias!! Los recomiendo sin duda.

I send flowers every year to my sister in law in Spain on the memory of my brother’s passing. I’ve used your services twice before and it was good. This time the plant arrived broken and when my sister in law contacted you, the response was that she needs to wait. I would expected an immediate replacement and an apology. Very poor customer service!

First of all, please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in our response, which has been due to the Christmas period that has just ended.

We are truly sorry about the condition in which the plant arrived. Tomorrow, a new plant basket will be delivered to replace the one that was damaged, as the issue was caused by incorrect handling during transport by the courier company.

We understand how important this delivery was, especially given the meaning it holds for you and your family, and we regret that the experience was not as it should have been on this occasion. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this floral company. I was ordering from the United States and felt a little nervous using a company I wasn’t familiar with, but they exceeded every expectation. They translated everything from Spanish to English, kept me informed every step of the way, sent me a photo of the beautiful bouquet, and notified me as soon as my friend received the flowers.

The flowers were absolutely stunning and brought my dear friend so much joy and happiness. Their customer service was truly exceptional, and their prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend them not only to locals, but to anyone ordering flowers from outside the country. An outstanding experience from start to finish.

Mi experiencia ha sido buena, lo que tengo una queja del trasporte que me llegó hora y media tarde y pagué más dinero para una franja de horario. Fue pésimo el trasporte.

La entrega se realizó el 23 de diciembre, en plena campaña navideña, y en una localidad pequeña a 26 km de la oficina de reparto, lo que pudo provocar ese retraso puntual del transportista. Aun así, sentimos las molestias ocasionadas.
