This appears to be a highly unreliable business. After placing an order, there is no customer support or communication regarding the status of the purchase. I paid £70, yet received an invoice for only £37, which raises serious concerns about the transaction.
I am also attempting to return the product, but there is no effective way to contact the seller or obtain assistance. The lack of transparency and customer support is unacceptable. I would advise potential customers to exercise caution before purchasing from this company.

il prodotto è valido, l’assistenza un pò lenta ed ho dovuto io risolvere il problema della spedizione contattando tramite social Instagram l’azienda UPS poiché dopo 20 giorni go ricevuto il pacco creandomi danno poiché era un regalo per una settimana prima della consegna e per il ritardo ho dovuto spendere altri 100 euro per acquistare il secondo regalo poiché il massaggiatore che attendevo dalla vostra azienda ha subito ritardo per problemi tecnici etc di Ups

El aparato se lo regalamos a mi madre para aliviar sus dolores de rizartrosis en las manos, y al usarlo, le ha provocado un episodio de dolor. Queremos devolverlo y hemos escrito un correo a la dirección indicada para ello, pero no hemos recibido respuesta. Así que estamos descontentos tanto con el producto como con el servicio de devolución.

KEIZAN CURVED est un tapis roulant entièrement manuel.
Il n'est donc pas équipé d'un dispositif/régulateur automatique ou mécanique pour régler la résistance/dureté.
La résistance générée par ce tapis de course manuel est générée par le propre poids de l'utilisateur.

Qualche giorno fa mi è arrivata la bellissima poltrona Samsara, al suo interno però c'è SOLO il manuale di istruzioni in Inglese, siccome non conosco affatto l'inglese, dove è possibile trovare il manuale in Italiano. Siccome commercializzate i vostri prodotti in Italia trovo sia corretto fornire le istruzioni in italiano. In attesa delle istruzioni in italiano auguro BUON NATALE a voi e alle vostre famiglie
