Vino en persona un representante a traérmelo que me lo explicó todo muy bien y se tomó todas las molestias necesarias para hacer la entrega cuando a mi me venía bien.
Trato muy agradable tanto por parte del representante como del servicio de comunicación.
Rápido y sin gastos de envío.
Por un tema personal, tuve que devolver el producto y me fue retirado por el mismo representante y, tras comprobar que el producto estaba intacto, me ha sido reintegrada la totalidad del importe.
Esta empresa da confianza y la recomiendo.

Works perfect and looks like new but i cannot find what is the difference between model 2016 and 2017 couse i think that new model 2017 is the same as new model 2016 and that is not fair. I ve also notice on some pictures on internet same model with extra 2 buttons. How to know which model is the newest and what is the difference. I bought this and basiclly i am satisfied but i couldnt find any reviews of this device on internet.

J'ai reçu la marchandise, merci, néanmoins le produit ne fonctionne pas, impossible de l'allumer. J'ai vérifier l'alimentation, les piles, bref, il ne s'allume pas. Que dois-je faire ? Article de remplacement ? Merci

A very good massage chair with a lot of function and program. Size is very good, does not take up a lot of space particular when incline back. We made a very good choice.

Très bon fauteuil, massage efficace de la nuque à la plante des pieds.
Le seul bémol est que le fauteuil peut serrer un peu fort au niveau des jambes, des pieds, et des bras lors du massage même si la puissance est au minimum (mais cela peut être desactivé).

Nous avons commandé un fauteuil, il est arrivé en 5 jours, le box était endommagé (faute du transporteur) mais aucun soucis sur le fauteuil, il fonctionne bien. Le service client était efficace et aimable (ma question était le fait que le code de suivi ne marchait pas : Il faut savoir que le code de suivi de livraison est effectif 1-2 jours après).
