My review is that it is too powerful on the lowest setting I can’t use as much as I would have liked.

I think if it had a lower pressure on the machine it would be better too use. I feel it’s far to powerful even with lowest pressure. I’m trying to use it but I would use more if it was less powerful. I have only managed to use twice since purchase. Bit disappointed.

Sinceramente non riesco a capire,
dopo aver acquistato il prodotto mi sono imbattuto su alcune recensioni negativissime, tanto da portarmi a credere che fosse tutta una truffa.
In realtà il prodotto è arrivato nei tempi stimati, imballaggio perfetto come il prodotto perfettamente funzionante e di qualità. Se proprio devo trovare il pelo nell'uovo, il servizio clienti (sempre reperibile diversamente da quanto ho letto in altre recensioni) non è stato in grado di fornirmi il codice per seguire il tracking della spedizione, ma uno degli operatori ( gentilissimo ) è riuscito a dirmi il tipo di corriere e quindi telefonato direttamente al corriere sono riuscito a farmi dare il tracking e a tranquillizzarmi relativamente alla probabile truffa di cui vi ho parlato all'inizio. Quindi riassumendo .... spedizione e imballo ok , servizio clienti ok , oggetto ok.

Très bon produit. Fonctionne bien et est très agréable.
Réception très bien. J ai eu un peu de difficulté à suivre mon envoi mais par la suite tout a été très bien avec le suivi UPS.

I purchased one of the most expensive leg massaging machines for my husband in July 2022. I was told I had 14 days to test and return if unsuitable.
The machine was great but the technology was not great and the air pressure was exacerbating his knee pain.
It took a week to get hold of someone to understand the returns procedure for a 15kilo or more machine.
It is now September 7th and I have had no refund for almost £600 and no one is responding. Please do not buy from this company. I have reached out to the retail ombudsman for an investigation.

A Sauna está bem concebida e com qualidade.
Verifico porém uma situação muito desagradável, que levo à conta de erro de concepção, a saber:
-A temperatura do assento funciona ininterruptamente, não tendo opção alguma de desligar quando excede o limite de calor suportável pelo corpo em contacto directo (entre 30º/35º graus).
Quando excede esta temperatura e funciona entre os 35º e os 65º graus, torna-se insuportável de aguentar sentado tão elevada temperatura!!
. Como aguentar sentado numa prancha que a 3 cms de distância está a emitir calor a temperatura tão elevada!!!!?? Um autêntico pesadelo.
. Chego a ter que colocar duas toalhas de banho dobradas para fazer uma espessura de 8 a 10 cm, de molde a criar um obstáculo ao autêntico assadouro em que o banco se transforma.
SUGESTÃO: No banco, a temperatura não deveria exceder nunca o limite suportável pelo corpo (entre 30º/35º), ligando e desligando para a manter dentro deste parâmetro de temperatura.
Uma autêntica desilusão a forma como este banco funciona!!
Há como desligá-lo!!!??? Bem que o preferia fazer!!
