El pedido me llegó en dos días y en perfectas condiciones. Venía con recambio de la goma para la tapa de la olla. Y también un vale de descuento para próximas compras. La olla es perfecta para una familia de 4 o menos miembros para el uso diario, pues al ser pequeña no ocupa espacio y es la justa medida para las comidas que se hacen muy muy rápido y quedan espectaculares. Volveré a comprar en esta tienda, sin duda. Mi hermana q los pocos realizó el mismo pedido y encantada.

I will have to send these rings back. For over $20 you get a couple of silicon rings and a grommet--a rip off. They are the only spare part offered for the cooker I have. I need the parts for the pressure relief valve and I cannot find those parts.

Recibí el set de sartenes, pero como la más pequeña vino con un pequeño roce, me dijeron que no había problema y que la enviase que me mandarían otra. Mi sorpresa fue que cuando la recibieron, se pusieron en contacto conmigo y me dijeron que tenía que enviarles el set completo, pero que no podrían enviarme de nuevo el pedido, porque ya no tenían existencias. Acordamos que me enviaran de vuelta la sartén inicialmente devuelta, pues aún con el pequeño roce, lo prefería, a quedarme sin el set. Así se hizo. Pero lo gracioso es que pasados unos días, comprobé que, aunque casi igual a las otras dos más grandes, la sartén pequeña, que tantas vueltas dió, ni siquiera era del mismo juego que las otras y como se comprenderá, a esas alturas, no hice ninguna reclamación y me quedé con ella. El servicio al cliente no estuvo mal, pero no creo que vuelva a comprar nada más.
