Recomiendo al 100%. Ya es la tercera vez que compro los Shades EQ Redken, y siempre en una semana recibo el pedido. La ultima vez me pusieron también unos acesorios extra en regalo. Más recomendable que otras tiendas más conocidas (Corte Inglés) con que he tenido problemas en recoger pedidos. Los pedidos se entregan de forma segura y rapida, con Correos. Yo seguiré comprando de Mathiss sin duda.

I went a month ago to buy a simple heated roller. The guy working there ended selling me up this whole package from Penta that costs 170€ I told him I wouldn’t know how to use it and he said it was very easy, I felt a bit pressured so I bought it. Then I asked if he could recommend a shampoo and conditioner since I’m breastfeeding and my hair is falling off a lot. He sold me two products that have completely ruined my hair, never have I ever tried anything worse than this.
I went to the shop after a few weeks of use just to check if maybe it got better to tell them about it and about the Penta they sold me, that it wasn’t noiseless and that it wasn’t what I told him I wanted (he told me not to try it in the shop as once you opened you couldn’t return it).
I said please i spent 220 euros here and it’s been a complete disaster off of your recommendations. Said nothing they could do and told me it was my fault. Horrible answer! I’ve worked in hospitality a long time and there is always something you can do, you just have to want to help. I have many people I have sent here but from now on don’t worry I will make sure to say what horrible service this place has.

Estoy muy contenta, el envío ha sido super rapido. Tienen un contacto WhatsApp que contesta rapido a calquiera duda. Compré unos toner que no se encuentran muy facilmente en las tiendas, son productos profesionales. Me gusta poder pedirlos aquí para hacerme mechas en casa. Yo no suelo comprar mucho online y al principio no estaba muy convencida, pero ahora lo recomendaría al 100%.
