If you have already opened a ticket, check the support or tickets area in your account to view its status and reply in the same thread. Do not open another ticket for the same case unless you cannot access the previous one.
- Log in to Revi with the user who created the ticket.
- Open the support or tickets section.
- Find the ticket by subject, date, or number if you have it.
- Reply inside the existing ticket with the new information.
If you cannot find the ticket, include the ticket number if you have it, the affected store, your user email, and a short summary of the case in the new message. If you only write the ticket number in the chat, the assistant cannot check its status for you.
