How to close or delete a Revi app

If you want to cancel Revi, close the app account, or stop using the service, go to Hub, open My apps, select the app, and go to Settings. Only the owner user can start this flow.

Before confirmation, Revi runs a preflight check. If the app does not contain real customer reviews or questions, deletion can be executed immediately, without Trash, after billing is cancelled when applicable.

If the app contains real UGC, a business cancellation does not delete legitimate reviews or questions. An account closure is scheduled with Trash for 15 days: from day 0 payment is cancelled, the app is removed from the active panel, and widgets, API, sync, invitations, and integrations are suspended. During that period the owner can recover management from Trash.

On day 15, irreversible private cleanup is executed: orders, invitations, operational connections, and internal data are deleted or obfuscated when applicable. Legitimate reviews and questions may remain public and the profile becomes unmanaged.

If the business has ceased activity, use the My business has ceased activity option. If you later want to claim a historical profile, a new signup with the same domain will open an ownership request instead of creating a duplicate.
