How to appear on Revi category pages
Stores appear on Revi public category pages automatically when they meet the directory eligibility criteria. There is no button to request manual inclusion and no fixed position is guaranteed.
To be eligible, the business must be active, have an active main website with a category assigned, have at least 10 reviews, and have recent review activity within the last 24 months. Stores with low volume or no recent activity can be excluded from the public ranking even if their rating is high.
The order is calculated with Revi Rank, which combines average rating, the weight of verified reviews, volume confidence, and recency. Tie-breakers prioritize verified review volume, total review volume, last review date, and business ID.
To improve your chances of appearing or moving up, keep your public store information complete, make sure the category is correct, and continue collecting recent verified reviews. A store with 5.0 but very few reviews can appear below another store with a slightly lower rating but more volume and recent activity.
Open a ticket if your store already has enough recent reviews, is active, has a category assigned, and still does not appear in the expected category. Include the app or business ID, the category where you expect to appear, and the public store URL.
