What happens if I delete my Revi user
Deleting your Revi user is a request to erase or anonymize your personal Hub account. It is not a business closure, it does not delete an app, and it does not remove a business public reputation.
If the preflight check allows it, Revi records the request with minimal evidence, revokes access, removes selected apps, and anonymizes account personal data such as email, name, credentials, and tokens. You can later sign up again with the same email as a new user; the anonymized user is not restored.
Self-service deletion is blocked if you are an internal Revi user or if you are the sole owner of an active app. In that case you must transfer ownership or close the app’s Revi account through the corresponding flow.
Deleting your user does not delete reviews, questions, the public profile, invoices, accounting data, or necessary legal audit records. Tickets or messages that must be retained may remain visible as a deleted user.
