How do I cancel an active Revi subscription?

Open Revi Hub, select the relevant store, and go to Subscription. At the bottom of the page, select Cancel subscription, provide the reason, and confirm the request.

Cancellation prevents future renewals. The status and the date until which the plan remains available are shown on the same screen. If you later want a paid plan after the subscription appears canceled or inactive, you must start a new subscription; changing the card is not enough.

Do not create a second subscription while the current one is still active. If the cancellation option is missing or the status is not what you expect, contact Support.
