The delivery service from Greenice is very good. The dowling is very versatile in installation as it adapts to holes of different diameters. THE PRODUCT IS MEDIOCRE TO BAD, I HAVE QUITE A FEW INSTALLED IN HOLES WHERE I USED TO HAVE SPOTLIGHTS AND I ALWAYS HAVE TO HAVE REPLACEMENT DOWLING BECAUSE THEY BREAK IMMEDIATELY.

The spotlight is not bad, just to mention that the tabs are a bit short. The worst part is that I had to wait more than three months to receive them.

The material is very weak, it doesn't come with any assembly instructions, and nowhere does it indicate that it is OSRAM as the website suggests or is understood by the name. The power cable is so thin that to assemble it I had to go buy the smallest connector strip I could find, and the power supply it has is tiny; I've never seen another like it. I thought that to assemble it I had to remove the frame, and when I realized it wasn't necessary and reassembled it, the light no longer worked. The only good thing is the adjustable fixing system, which is indeed very practical. I will see how long it lasts, but if it doesn't last long, I don't think I will buy more of this model. Very economical but of low quality compared to others I have bought from this store. Also, it doesn't seem to provide the lux that the manufacturer indicates.

As always, perfect. It fits without any problem to the size of the hole in the aluminum. In my case, it is a hole from more than 20 years ago when they made them smaller.

Good light for 20 W, easy installation. Measurements as indicated. Everything correct.

The truth is that in my specific case they do not last too long, that is, their durability is far from the hours they promise.
Also, I prefer those with fixed adaptable staples that are not sliding, but since I needed them, I took the movable staple ones.

I have bought it several times to replace another type of light. Economical and easy to install.

It is ideal when you are not sure about the cut hole and they have improved it by changing the type of tabs. Before, the tabs of these same lights were sliding on a guide and easily broke at the base of the tab when placing them, now these are long and fixed going from the center of the light to the ends. I recommend it.

Simple but effective, this system seems much better to me than the previous adjustable model since it was very easy for one of the clips to break.

Very easy to install, they adapt perfectly to any diameter

I have bought this product twice. In the first order, one of them stopped working. I contacted them through an incident, and a few days later, they had replaced the defective one with a new one. Without a doubt, I will continue buying.

Easy installation thanks to the movable clips to adapt to the diameter of the hole. Good lighting. I will definitely buy them again to replace some old ones.

In terms of quantity and quality of light, quite acceptable. But the fixing system, while ideal for saving you in some situations, is very flimsy and exerts very little pressure with just 2 anchors. In my case, it has not been possible to leave it completely attached to the false ceiling, leaving a small gap around the entire perimeter. We will see how it behaves over time.

I bought it to replace old fluorescent downlights and chose this one so I wouldn't have to modify the ceiling cut. Overall good; good light (I bought natural light for the kitchen) and easy to install, besides being cheap. It protrudes very little from the ceiling. Let's see how long it lasts. What I didn't like is that 1) the website says it gives 2400 lumens, but the product box says nothing. It should be around 2000 at least. 2) The website says the power factor is 0.98 and the driver that comes is 0.5. This, although not very important, is advisable to be close to 1. 3) It says the driver is 50-70VDC, 300mA and no, it is about 160V and 130mA. It's not that it matters if the brightness is what it should be, but it doesn't match what the website says.

This is the second time I order this product, I agree that the plastic frame can easily come loose leading to the disassembly of the diffuser glass, but regarding the sliding plastic clips, which regulate the diameter of the installation hole, I think they have solved it by including a spare clip in the box in which the product is supplied. In my last order, I requested 2 units and both came with a spare clip. It is appreciated. I think it is a great product for lighting, like in my case, a kitchen without the need to make large holes in the false ceiling.

The product was as expected, good service from Greenice. I just request to change the carrier to one that is not Seur. They steal shipments and forge the delivery receipt.
